Our Step 2 CS program, the monthly intensive three day Clinical Skills Workshop in New York City, prepares the candidate to pass the USMLE Step 2 CS examination. In interactive sessions, we provide detailed information about the Step 2CS exam, explaining in depth the CIS (communication and interpersonal skills) ICE (integrated clinical encounter) and SEP (spoken English) elements of the exam. We also explore cultural diversity and the different social norms in the United States. For those who cannot travel for the workshops, we offer online, one-on-one coaching sessions with our experienced SP Medical Educators.
C3NY’s programs are developed and produced under the direction of Mark H. Swartz, M.D. and and taught by himself and his colleagues. Dr. Swartz has been involved with SP testing for over 25 years and has taught CSA and Step 2 CS preparatory programs since 1998. We have helped more than 6,500 individuals pass Step 2CS.
C3NY is also the only Step 2 CS prep program with official affiliations to Medical Schools, including SUNY Downstate College of Medicine, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and New York Medical College. C3NY produces programs to teach and assess clinical skills in all four years of the curriculum. In addition, we develop and produce SP programs for the students at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine.
